Online Shopping Terms and Conditions
All online payments will be processed by Paypal. We accept visa, master card, and paypal accounts. You do not need a paypal account to use our checkout.
Simply add items to your basket as you shop, go to checkout when your ready and fill out the step by step details. Once you pay for your items and choose the delivery options, simply wait for our confirmation email. Once we have confirmed, your items will be processed and sent in 1-2 working days (bank holidays may effect this).
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
We offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase if you wish to cancel your order, you're not completely happy with your purchase, or the product is faulty. You must then return the product within 14 days after contacting us in order to receive your refund. You can do this via post or in store. Please provide proof of purchase. Refunds must be made via the same payment method. Please note, unless confirmed faulty, the items must be returned to us 'as new' with tags intact.
Post and Packaging charges will not be refunded. We do not offer return postage.
Your UK Statutory Rights are not effected by our online returns policy, in regards to faulty or mis-described goods, or your right to cancel under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations.
Please allow us time to process your orders. Orders made between 9am and 4pm will be processed the same day. Any orders made after 4pm will be processed the next day. This follows our shop opening hours. Any orders made after 4pm Saturday and any orders on Sunday will be processed on Monday.
We use Royal Mail First Class or Second Class to deliver your purchases (3-4 standard business days). If you have any concerns or your order has not arrived 5 days after receiving a confirmation email, please get in touch 01158233510 or email email@example.com and we'll contact you ASAP.
Our Delivery Prices are Second Class Delivery £2.99 and First Class Delivery £3.99. Prices will always be shown before you complete your order. It is Free to Click & Collect from the boutique which is an available option at the checkout. You must come to collect your item within 4 working days of purchase.
We currently only deliver within the UK.
This websites content, designs, pictures, and branding is owned by No.41 Style and Home Limited. It is protected under the Intellectual Property Rights Trademark. Therefore you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, post or transmit any part of this site without permission.

Please note we collect information when you provide it. We do not use any software other than the payment process to collect your information. This site is made entirely by ourselves and only seen by our team at No.41 Style and Home. When you agree to marketing emails we use an email software which also complies with personal data protection.
How we use that information
We use the information collected to fulfil payments, orders, deliveries, and with your permission marketing. The information also allows us to contact you if any problems occur during/after order fulfilment. With your permission, displayed as a tick box, during the checkout process we may also use your information to contact you with any promotional offers or new products.
For your data protection we do not sell or share your information to any third parties. Here at No.41 your details are private and protected.
These terms also apply to any personal online account created with us. You can cancel your account at any time.
In store Terms and Conditions
We offer an Exchange or Credit Note for any items you're not completely happy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition with the receipt and tags intact, within 14 days of purchase.
In the interest of hygiene, we do not offer exchange or credit notes on pierced jewellery.
Please note: We are unable to accept returns on sale or discounted stock.
Your UK statutory rights are not effected by our returns policy.
Covid-19 in store update
We currently have a no returns policy on any items in store during this uncertain time. However, lots of items are reduced and we have one changing room open. Any clothing tried on and not purchased will go into quarantine for three days.
